In case of confinement or prisoner in investigation and research centers and prisons giving birth, apart from the delivery given according to rule 23, from thirty days before the date of delivery to seven days from the date of delivery, additional supplies and goods will be given as follows -
(a) Milled rice seven hundred grams per day,
(B) One hundred grams of ghee per day,
(c) One hundred milliliters of edible oil per day,
(d) 50 grams per day,
(e) Ten meters of blank cloth for one maternity period,
(f) Ordinary radii One thana for one maternity period,
(g) Two thousand rupees in cash for one delivery period.
